緊急事態宣言下でのコロナ税

 
新型コロナの患者が激増すると、お店の休業や時短などの政策を取って
人流を抑えようと緊急事態宣言を発令します。
その際、ロックダウンとかは、憲法違反だとか人権の侵害だとか、
法律のことはよくわかりませんが、そのような声が聞こえてきます。

しかし、ロックダウンなどしなくても人流を抑えられる方法があるとは思いませんか？
それが、コロナ税です！

国が緊急事態にもかかわらず、またコロナ禍で不況の状態の人が多いのにもかかわらず、
街で遊んでいる人がコロナを広めています。
そんな、リッチな人からお金をいただけばいかがでしょう？

①公共交通機関コロナ税
例えば、緊急事態宣言中の期間、午後８時以降、
電車の運賃プラス5000円の税金がかかるとします。

例えば、埼玉の大宮から新宿までの運賃は480円。
それに、公共交通機関コロナ税の一律5000円が加わり、
緊急事態宣言中の午後8時からは、大宮から新宿までは
計5480円の運賃となります。
帰りのことも考えると、往復１万円以上になります。

そこまでして、わざわざ新宿まで飲みに行きたいと思いますか？

リッチな人は、行くかもしれません。
行くなら行くでいいんです。
国か都か、とにかく一人当たり5000円の税金が入るんですから。
人流が抑えられる上に、国や都道府県に、わずかながらも税金が入ります。

コロナ対策のために出ていくばかりだった税金ですが、
このコロナ税で少しでも収入が得られます。

定期があるから5000円払わずに行ける？
定期を持ってる人もスイカの人も、切符自販機で5000円のコロナ税券を購入しないと
改札を通れません。
そんな、わざわざ自販機で買うのはメンドくさい？
メンドくさくていいんです、緊急事態時にわざわざ移動しようとするんですから。

残業で遅くなって午後8時を過ぎる？
緊急事態時に残業しないで下さい。
どうしても会社がさせるなら、会社に出してもらえばいいんです。

夜の仕事なのでどうしても夜に移動しなければならない？
緊急事態宣言時だけです。その期間だけ、午後8時までには職場に到達して下さい。

そもそも、ロックダウンじゃないんですから、移動を禁止してるわけではありません。
公共機関が嫌なら、タクシーを使えばいかがでしょう？
タクシー会社は儲かりそうですね＾＾

ちなみに、緊急事態宣言時は、バスは午後8時以降は運行しないとします。

もう１つの問題、新たな税金は事業者の負担が増えそうです。
でも、上述のように、緊急事態時の交通機関コロナ税は、
切符自販機での5000円券のみです。
毎日その日のうちに、5000円券が何枚出たか、数えればいいだけです。
そんなに負担がかかるとは思えません。

ま、適当に思いついた案ですし、法律にも全然詳しくないんで、
いろいろ矛盾や穴がありそうですけどね＾＾；


②緊急事態宣言時コロナ禍酒税

交通機関コロナ税で人流はかなり減るので、
飲食店の時短営業や休業は要請しません。
それでも、車や自転車、あるいは近所から歩いてくるお客さんは
いるでしょう。
そこで、コロナ禍酒税です。
緊急事態宣言時にお店でお酒を注文した人には一人5000円の酒税がかかります。
（交通機関コロナ税の5000円とかも、とりあえず金額は適当です）

そして、税金とは名ばかり、一人5000円のコロナ禍酒税は
そのままその飲食店の収入としちゃってＯＫです☆（ゝω・）

お客さんの数は減るでしょうが、一人当たりの単価は多くなるので、
飲食店の収入も、少しは助かるでしょう。

ただし、もちろん税金がかからない方がお客さんもたくさん来るので、
どの店にも平等にコロナ禍酒税を導入させ、
導入しなかった店には、緊急事態宣言時の営業をさせないとか
ペナルティは必要でしょう。
何しろ、高額な税金がかからない店にお客さんが殺到してしまいますからね。

まあ、そんな感じで、ロックダウンができないのなら
緊急事態宣言時の間だけでもいろんな税金を作って、
普通の人は「お金がもったいない」と移動させず、
いろいろと余裕のある人にはお金を出してもらえばいいんですよ＾＾

名曲・名歌手

 以前ある音楽番組を見ていたら、ある歌手が
自分が唄う曲のオーディションみたいなのを行うコーナーがありました。
まあ、至って普通のことですが……
しかし待てよ。

僕なんか、曲を書くわけですが、
自分の作った曲を、歌がうまい、いわゆる名歌手に唄ってもらいたいかどうか？

名曲を、歌のうまい歌手が唄って良い曲と言われるのは
ある意味、当然だと思いませんか？
名曲というのは、誰が唄っても良い曲、
それどころか音痴が唄っても良く聴こえるべきであるはずです。

逆に、名歌手というのは、平凡な歌を唄っても
良い曲だと聴かせることができるのが一流の歌手だと思うわけです。

つまり、名曲は歌手を選ばず、名歌手は曲を選ばないということです。
オーディションなどで歌手を募ったり、曲を選んだりするのは
自分が一流ではないと明言してるようなものなのです！

この、歌がうまくない僕が自分の曲を唄う状況、
良い曲と聴こえないなら、僕の曲は名曲ではないということ。

……なんて、自分の曲を自分で唄うと、
やっぱり自分の中のイメージどおりに聴こえないわけですよ。

んなわけで、いつでもボーカル募集中です＾＾
曲を作るペースは異常に遅いですが（汗）

Or the illegal tool that intrudes into the private space secretly may be developed.

Or, the most terrible chapter exists.
The technology that intrudes into the private space becomes the top secret technology of the country,
people may be stolen personal information by the country insidiously.
- In fact, it is already happening in places !

The more science develops, the more our privacy fades away.
However, existence of our privacy becomes the obstruction of the scientific development as far as we are working against that.
As a result, that technology develops underground,
against our will, our privacy may leak out insidiously.
The gap between the surface science and the underside science is made, therefore, the crooked science is born.

I'm afraid we are protecting own privacy to excess.
Towards the future, let's release own privacy bit by bit !

Without releasing the privacy, the sound science cannot develop !

Well, it is psychology this time.

There are roughly two layers in our mentality.

The conscious imagination layer and unconscious imagination layer.

Oops, I intend to propose one theory first.

"When a creature is going to take various action, it is not possible even to move unless imagining first".

For example,
When you walk, you may think that you begin to walk by putting your foot unconsciously.

However, practically, just before taking to your feet,
you imagine the situation that oneself walks and act just so.

It is the same also when you eat.
You do not eat casually.
You imagine eating just before that and you execute like so.

The reason why we bug out when an unexpected thing happened is that we cannot act because we did not imagine that trouble literally.

"Imagining" is very important.
And we imagine something without a break during life.

Now then, about the "Imagining", there are two parts roughly.
It is "conscious imagination" and "unconscious imagination" that indicated earlier.

You can imagine to some extent about the conscious imagination.
It is almost all matters to act in this reality society.
Then, how about the unconscious imagination ?

Heartbeat ? Or breathing ?
No, These will not be "imagination".
Or, we may be imagining even those things.
However, here, we will classify these into "Unconscious action layer".
And we will name actions performed by the conscious imagination layer "Conscious action layer".

The conscious imagination layer and the unconscious imagination layer.
The conscious action layer and the unconscious action layer.
These have the relations such as the next figure.

By the way, of what kind is the unconscious imagination layer ?
While I sleep, the unconscious imagination layer really quickens.

These figures, it shows the activity of each layer that sleeping or stirring.

While sleeping, the conscious imagination layer is lazy.
And what is imagined with the unconscious imagination layer comes to the front,
This is right enough "Dream".

Because the matter imagined with the conscious imagination layer is the real world to be strongly tied to the conscious action layer,
that is not strange too much and is corrected realistically in reality society.
However, because the unconscious imagination layer does not have such a limit, imagines often unrealistically.
Having the unrealistic dream sometimes is as the reason like this.

By the way, you may feel funny seeing this figure.
While waking, is the unconscious imagination layer being activated?

Yes, the unconscious imagination layer is operating during bright .
But we cannot envisage it because the conscious imagination layer is too strong.
However, casually, you may be stirring the unexpected imagination.
Just now the unconscious imagination is coming on the scene when conscious imagination is stopping activity.

To some criminals,
man who strongly receives action of this unconscious imagination layer may exist.
The unconscious imagination layer to pop up when the conscious imagination layer becomes weak.
When it has an effect on the conscious action layer frequently, it seems that it is a kind of the mental disease.

This theory is one suggestion to analyze the mentality of the criminal.

By the way, the hypnotism is the art that slightly keeps down the conscious imagination layer and acts on the unconscious imagination layer, and also which links the unconscious imagination layer and the conscious action layer.

The experts of various genres make full use of technical terminology and talk about their specialization in detail.
Each time they use more and more the difficult words, people respect them and are surprised at their intelligence and trust them.

However, think calmly.

A university professor lecturing to only very excellent student with very difficult technical term,
or a primary school teacher making the theory of relativity understand completely to all primary schoolchildren in his class with simple terms even a child can understand.
Which man do you think superior ?

Yes.
Explaining difficult things by difficult words without considering companion's intelligence is not so difficult.
The person who can explicate briefly difficult matters with surprisingly simple words and explain as anyone can understand is the superior man having a brain of a higher grade than the others.

And now, let's view about the present science.

Please stop the computer which you are using now, disjoint it, and watch the guts.
- Possibly, you might not be able to take apart it.

Perhaps, aside from persons knowing a lot about the computer, the normal person can not easily understand how which parts work and play what kind of role.
Only some experts make it, and only some experts cure it.
This just shows the limit of the present science.

For anyone it is pretty self-explanatory and anyone can easily make it, and at that anyone can easily repair it.
When this becomes possible, we can recognize that the level of science had moved to the next stage.

The now science has become too complicated beyond expectation.
To simplify and make easier a difficult thing as much as possible.
It is one aim to break through the limit of the modern science.

The future science is surprisingly simple.

In fact, this PC I'm using now was produced using the cutting-edge science of the state secret.
The guts are very simple structure as can understand immediately even though my mom watches this.
Perhaps I'm afraid it will be erased immediately by fellows,

If, fortunately, you were able to watch this photo, please build this PC for oneself.
In spite of too simple structure, you must have been able to easily make the high-performance PC which is unthinkable in the current technology.

The planet that we live in is a sphere.
However, the world where we live is on the plane surface
and we have no recognition standing on a globe at all.
Let's think about that gap.

What did mom's face look like?
Who is the person who embraced you first?
What color was the ceiling?

You don't remember that at all, do you?
Even though you do not remember even the momentary scenery of birth, you cannot remember the flashback of life that you watched at birth.
However, you surely watched all own life once!

Sometimes, the person called "prophet" exist.
In fact, they remember the memory of own life disconnectedly that they saw at birth.
Then, they speak merely of the event that they somewhat remember clearly.

However, they cannot readily remember the details.
Mind you, because we cannot recall in a flash even the past event that we experienced once.

For example, the accident of Chernobyl, can you answer exactly when it occurred - on what day, in what month, and in what year?
How about the major earthquake that happened in Sichuan, China?

We do not remember the details though we saw it in news once in fact.
And yet, can you say the event precisely that you watched only a little at birth ?

The reason why it is said mouse have the second sight may be their memory at birth is clearer than human being because their lifetime is shorter than human being.

However, potentially, by scientific development in the future, it is possible to lead out the memory of the newborn time.
In that case, it may be able to lead out vividly the future memory that the man watched.
